Are you someone who’s organised, proactive, and looking to be part of something meaningful?
SODO Crystals For Life is expanding—and we’re looking for Admin Associates to support our day-to-day operations and bring positive energy to our team!
What You’ll Be Involved In:
- Supporting classroom setups and welcoming participants
- Assisting with general housekeeping and maintaining a tidy, welcoming space
- Helping with data entry and administrative tasks
- Sending reminders and helping manage scheduling
- Packing and fulfilling online orders with care
- Handling ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by managers
What We’re Looking For:
- Responsible and detail-oriented individuals
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Willing to learn and contribute wherever needed
- Comfortable working on one weekend day per week
- No experience needed – just a good heart and willingness to grow!
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time (5-Day Work Week)
- Location: 601 Macpherson Road, Grantral Mall @ Macpherson, #08-01 (Beside Tai Seng MRT, Exit B)
- Training provided – you’ll be guided every step of the way!
